Aurora is a world-class copper, molybdenum and silver porphyry located in SW Peru. DLP currently holds 100% ownership on 12,100 ha and has an option on an additional 400 ha. 18,383 m have been drilled to date at Aurora which has led to an inferred resource estimate of 1.05 B t with an average grade of 0.44% Cu Eq. The metals contained within the resource are currently 4.65 B lbs Cu, 1.1 B lbs Mo and 80 M ounces of Ag. The Resource uses a $5.75/t NSR (The Mineral Resources are effective January 31, 2025 and were prepared by independent AMC Consultants Pty Ltd. (“AMC”) - see Resource section for table and details).

Location
Parobamba, Peru (60 km north of Cusco)
Aurora is located in the under-explored Miocene-Pilocene porphyry belt. Situated only 100 km north of MMG's Las Bambas mine and 135 km from Hudbay's Constancia mine. Aurora is 60 km from Cusco near the community of Parabamba. Power and road access is available through full service roads to the edge of the property. The Mollendo deep sea port is located 750 km from the property. Aurora sits at a elevation of 3000-2000 m.
Geology
Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate for the Aurora Deposit
Note: there is no guarantee that additional exploration will advance the Inferred Mineral Resource to an Indicated Mineral Resource where economic analysis can be indicated.
Mineral Resources were prepared in accordance with the CIM Definition Standards for Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves (MRMR) (2014) and CIM MRMR Best Practice Guidelines (2019).
Mineral Resources may be materially affected by environmental, permitting, legal, title, taxation, sociopolitical, marketing, or other relevant issues.
Mineral Resources are not Mineral Reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability.
Metal prices copper US$4.00/lb, molybdenum US$20.00/lb, silver US$23.00/troy oz.
Metal Recoveries: copper 86%, molybdenum 84%, silver 61%
Mineral Resources reported within optimised open-cut pit constraints.
CuEq % = Cu% + (Mo% * (Mo recovery / Cu recovery) * (Mo $ per lb. / Cu $ per lb.) + (Ag g/t * (Ag recovery / Cu recovery) * (Ag $ per oz / 31.1034768) / (Cu $ per lb.* 22.04623)))
An NSR value of $5.75 is used as a cut-off grade. The NSR, as used to define cut-off is inclusive of $5.00 for processing costs and $0.75 G&A.
Rounding of some figures may lead to minor discrepancies in totals.
The Mineral Resources are effective January 31, 2025 and were prepared by independent AMC Consultants Pty Ltd. (“AMC”).
